Se parte de la hipótesis de que el Estado ha abandonado su responsabilidad en el cumplimiento de los derechos humanos establecidos en la Constitución y ha dado paso a un Estado policial que privilegia una agenda de seguridad. Frente a ello han surgido diversos procesos de autoorganización social que toma en sus manos —al margen del Estado— la seguridad y otros ámbitos de desarrollo.</p><p class="rtejustify"><em>Palabras clave</em>: Estado, desaparición forzada, destitución, autoorganización social, legitimidad.</p><p class="rtejustify"> </p><p class="rtejustify"><em>Abstract</em></p><p class="rtejustify">The forced disappearance of 43 education students from the Raúl Isidro Burgos Rural Teachers’ School in Ayotzinapa in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, in September 2014 offers guidelines to research transformations that have arisen in both the Mexican state and organized society. The paper begins with the hypothesis that the state has abandoned its responsibility in the fulfillment of human rights set forth in the Constitution and has given way to a police state that favors a security agenda.
