This work pretend to give lines that define the role of images in the history and her possible use in Social Research. Films and photography try to understand, in a first search, the reality have been representatives of our contemporary culture whit own intentions and languages. It«s mentions the case of the Mexican visual files to make to know the position and specific problematic in our country.
