Este artículo explora la situación, la experiencia y las políticas laborales de género en el contexto de Programa de Trabajadores Agrícolas Temporales Mexicanos en Canadá (PTAT). Tiene como base el trabajo de campo desarrollado para mi tesis doctoral sobre los trabajadores agrícolas mexicanos (TAM) empleados en Leamington, y destaca la composición por género que se da en la organización del trabajo transnacional en Canadá.
