Máscaras, memoria histórica y magia del Estado

En este artículo me sumerjo en la tradición de los Diablos de Teloloapan, manifestación teatral de la memoria histórica producida en la región norte de Guerrero, a partir del análisis de cómo las máscaras de diablo usadas en las fiestas patrias de la comunidad expresan una relación lúdica y crítica entre las versiones locales y nacionales de la historia patria, jugando con y retando a la “magia del Estado”, al mismo tiempo que el Estado, dentro del discurso de patrimonio y diversidad cultural, intenta apropiarse de las expresiones culturales locales.
