Abstract

From the declaration of the pandemic in March 2020 in Mexico, what we identified as "normality" was disrupted with the implementation of the Jornada Nacional de Sana Distancia. A part of the population was confined to their homes. Schools, offices, malls, stores, movie theaters, and so-called "non-essential" businesses were closed and the country's economy was partially paralyzed. In this context, various questions arise, for example, how has the pandemic impacted different sectors of the population? What changes can we expect when it ends? What can we do individually? In order to answer these questions and broaden the perspective of this historical moment, interviews were conducted between April and June 2020 with various actors: a doctor, two mental health professionals and a professor.
