Abstract

The field of culture is always tension between ideas of different order that contend for dominance or hegemony. In discussions projects for humans are vented and view of the world is built. In the controversy between the groups that ran the film in Mexico and the prize they wanted access in France in the mid-twentieth century, we see the concepts of two sets of bossy, but in different societies, and the debate is expressed what was intended of culture and cinema as one of its core manifestations. In the story calibrate thinking decision makers regarding cinema in Mexico, which differs substantially from the film thinking elites in Mexico and Europe.
